Liat Feller is an intersex and disabled educator, artist, and advocate.
With experiences across early childhood, healthcare, and LGBTQIA+ settings, Liat (she/they) advocates for the rights of intersex and disabled people while emphasizing kabbalistic Jewish values of tikkun olam (healing the world), kavod (respect) and chesed (loving kindness).
Liat is a proponent for intersex inclusive, weight-neutral, gender-affirming care in medical settings. She advises schools and religious organizations on issues of accessibility and LGBTQIA+ inclusion. As a teacher and artist, Liat shares a love of color, creativity, and joy through face painting and creative learning experiences.
Liat is a storyteller, a person of passion, and a lifelong learner advocating for dignified disabled and LGBTQIA+ inclusion within schools and Jewish communities. She presently serves as the President of the Board for Interconnect, the major national intersex support organization.
